These Roupho Platform Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”) set out the rules for accessing and using the platform available at www.roupho.com and any associated Roupho mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”), including all content, listings, information, and services available through it (“Content”).

These Terms of Use apply to every visitor and user of the Platform (“you”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roupho (“Roupho”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

• 1. WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US

  The Platform is operated by Roupho’s team in Egypt. For any questions regarding these Terms or your use of the Platform, contact us at: support@roupho.com.eg.

• 2. BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS

  By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

• 3. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

  We may update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. For registered users, we may notify you by email if changes are material or legally required.

• 4. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM

  We may update, suspend, or remove any part of the Platform or its Content at any time for operational, legal, or business reasons.

• 5. AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM

  We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may suspend or restrict it for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.
  
  At this time, Roupho is only available for listings made available in the Arab Republic of Egypt (the “Territory”). We do not accept listings from outside of the Territory.
  By placing an order through Roupho, you warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
  • You are at least 18 years old; and
  • You are using Roupho only inside the Territory.

• 6. PRIVACY

  Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information.

• 7. RIGHT TO USE THE PLATFORM

  Roupho grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform and Content in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform for commercial purposes without our written consent. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

• 8. PROHIBITED USES

  You must not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable Egyptian or international law;
  • Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation;
  • Upload viruses or malicious code;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform;
  • Scrape or collect Content through bots or automated tools;
  • Infringe on the rights of others or misuse trademarks;
  • Post or promote counterfeit or prohibited items.

• 9. ENFORCEMENT

  We may take any action we deem necessary, including account suspension or legal steps, in response to violations of these Terms.

• 10. ACCOUNT CREATION

  To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• 11. PAID SERVICES

  We may offer paid services (e.g., premium listing features). These services are non-refundable and do not guarantee specific results or lead generation.

• 12. LISTINGS

  If you are a Seller, you must be legally authorized to sell the listed item or service in Egypt. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
  
  If you are a Buyer, you must act in good faith and comply with applicable laws.

• 13. AI LISTING FEATURES

  AI-assisted listing tools are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for verifying their accuracy before publication.

• 14. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LISTINGS

  Roupho is not responsible for Listings. All transactions occur directly between users.

• 15. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

  Users may leave reviews. All reviews must be fair, accurate, and in good faith. Roupho may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

• 16. USER CONTENT AND ACCEPTABLE USE

  Content uploaded to the Platform is non-confidential. You grant Roupho a license to use it for Platform-related purposes. You remain liable for any legal violations resulting from your uploaded content.

• 17. PAYMENT PROCESSING

  If Roupho collects payment from you (e.g., for Paid Services), you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your method of payment.

• 18. LIABILITY

  If you are a business user, the Platform is provided “as is.” Roupho is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.
  
  If you are a consumer, we are only liable for foreseeable damages resulting from a breach of these Terms.
  
  Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Paid Service or EGP 5,000 (whichever is higher).

• 19. TERMINATION

  We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

• 20. REPORTING ILLEGAL CONTENT

  To report illegal or infringing content, email us at support@roupho.com.eg with full details.

• 21. GENERAL

  • Third-party links: We are not responsible for third-party websites or content linked through the Platform.
  • Linking to us: You may link to our homepage, but not in a misleading or unlawful manner.
  • Viruses: You are responsible for securing your device against viruses
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, civil unrest, etc.).
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain in force.
  • Assignment: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.

• 22. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You agree that the Economic Court of Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with your use of the Platform.
